Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms apply to this website and to the LIFESuite app, provided by Cornerstone Software, LLC (“we”, “us”). Where your firm has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
The service
LIFESuite is case management software for elder law firms. It is under active development, and features may change as it grows.
Accounts
- Access is by invitation from your firm only.
- Keep your password and two-step device to yourself, and tell your firm’s LIFESuite administrator right away if you think your account has been misused.
- Your firm decides who may use LIFESuite and what each person can see.
Your firm’s data
Your firm owns the information it enters into LIFESuite. We use it only to provide the service to your firm, keep it confidential, and return it to your firm on request when it leaves.
Acceptable use
Please don’t try to get into another firm’s data or anyone else’s account, interfere with or test the security of LIFESuite without our written permission, upload malicious code, or use LIFESuite for anything unlawful.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your firm’s agreement with us.
Availability
We work to keep LIFESuite available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. Updates are usually made outside business hours.
Ending use
Your firm may stop using LIFESuite under its agreement. We may suspend an account that is misused or puts other firms at risk.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, LIFESuite is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your firm’s agreement may set out different terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
